These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Onbordo, Inc. ("Onbordo", "we", "us", or "our"), including our AI-native ATS, career pages, candidate portal, and related hiring tools (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Services
Onbordo provides a cloud-based hiring platform that helps teams manage applicants, run interviews, publish career pages, and collaborate on hiring. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by violating applicable law, infringing intellectual property, uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Services to discriminate unlawfully in hiring.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Onbordo a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Protection Agreement.
5. Fees and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your order. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Usage-based charges apply as described on our pricing page.
6. Intellectual Property
Onbordo and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Services.
7. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect it and only use it for purposes related to the Services.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Onbordo does not make hiring decisions on your behalf.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onbordo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, subject to any data export period we provide.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
